The Grand Opening event will be an opportunity for the invitees to meet the artists, members of the media, and the owners of the host gallery. The introduction of these amazing artists to the local and national art world will begin tonight! We will also be introducing the exhibition it self, as we explain its purpose and importance in the urban communities.
DJ Enjay will be spinning for the party as he celebrates the release of the first of his three volume set "The Big Dig", a collection of some of the most popular breaks and samples used in Hip-Hop today.

This amazing album pays homage to those that came before contemporary Hip-Hop and illustrates the derivatives of today's top hits.
This catered event will last from 6-9pm. This will be a true celebration of artistic expression, diligence in the face of adversity, Black History Month and Hip-Hop!!

Hip-Hop is more than just music, it is a culture. In this weekends event, we will be putting the fashion that encompasses Hip-Hop on display. The show will feature up and coming designers with a true sense for keeping urban fashion en vogue.

Diallo Dejaun Designs
Our featured designer will be Diallo DeJaun, who has managed to keep his line high-fashion, while still appealing to the masses who are consumers of popular lines like Sean Jean, DKNY, and Kenneth Cole to name a few.

The fashion show will be produced by a no-nonsense young woman that we are excited to be working with, Maria Willis. Her company Self-Explanatory Productions have done a great job of providing the models and designers.

The Fashion Show will start promptly at 2:45pm

We will then have an amazing show of works that have come from award-winning independent and neophyte directors, producers and film makers. This will be a great opportunity to see the next Steven Speilberg or Billy Dukes. An hour of films all from directors in the Eklectyk network of fimmakers.

The film screening will include trailers that preview works from numerous directors, including Eklectyk's own Aled Ordu, Trevor Parham, Rahad Coulter-Stevenson, Taagen Swaby and Elements in Style artist Donnie Bauer. Former director and producer of numerous shows from MTV/VH1 and BET, Tony Ducret will be blessing us with his presence and work as well. This will be an event that is not to be missed!

Cinema appreciation starts at 3:30pm!

Finally, we will reproduce the same event and energy that took place on Saturday the 11th! We will provide another opportunity for those that were too scared of the weather to see some more REAL Hip-Hop! Another awesome display of all four elements of Hip Hop!!
Hospitality - Tony Ducet

Look Right - R. Coulter-Stevenson
Our lineup includes Enjay, Project Lumens, Flex Mathews, and the very talented and conscious Shambala! Oh yeah, those guys who dance on their heads, hands, elbows, lips, and knuckles are coming back too- The Counter Attack Breakers!! Join us for these performances that start at 4:30pm.
